The location of the hotel is in a dodgy area north of the city, but it is conveniently close to the underground, making it easy to travel to Heathrow Airport or explore other parts of London. Guests have mentioned that the rooms are stylish and newly refurbished, with modern bathrooms and a terrific shower. the service provided by the staff is impeccable, with kind and attentive personnel always ready to help. the apartments have a kitchen with all the necessary facilities, allowing guests to cook their own meals.

There is no breakfast served at the hotel.

We came to London as a family of 2 and 2 children of 8 and 12 years old. We stayed at a Family apartment. We must admit we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The bedroom was lovely, the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals, the hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. We had such an enjoyable experience at Milestone that would not hesitate to recommend it to other families with children like us.

Bathroom clean, big space. Room also big, facilities for making tea + coffee are there, the location is great because its only 5 minutes walk from Arsenal - Emirates Stadium. The staffs also very helpful. I will stay to this apartment next time I visit Emirates Stadium.

It doesnt has lift to bring the luggages. But no worries, the staff will help you to carry the luggages.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily access the city centre for sightseeing. We took the Piccadilly or Victoria Line train from Finsbury Park and within no time, we were exploring all the wonderful attractions. The hotel itself was top-notch, with impeccable service and a range of amenities. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Apartments are near the emirates football stadium just 10 minutes walk. it was very convenient for me. hotel service is very polite. rooms were very clean and kitchen is well equipped. plenty of free tea and coffee to drink with milk cans. bed was nice and good. tv was working.

Check in was not before 2 pm as i wanted to check in at 12. hotel was full so no room was ready for early check-in

Nothing, all excellent.

Having booked a family room 4 weeks prior to my trip I was more than unhappy to arrive and be told that the room I had booked was not available. We were then given a double room with a fold up bed. Despite one of my party having the conformation email was not allowed to stay in the room until I arrived

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very close to finsbury park tube station and just 5 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room facilities are excellent. I will come back to this hotel on my next trip.

I wanted to upgrade to executive apartment but was not available.

Great experience! The apartment was spacious and clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was really convenient. It was close to public transportation and there were many shops around. The best aspects were the comfortable bed and the kitchen facilities that allowed us to prepare meals together. We really enjoyed the privacy that the apartment provided and the fact that it was a great value for our money.

The ongoing construction work in the building. It was a bit disruptive and caused some noise during the day, making it harder to relax.

Better TV than travel lodge

Photos of the apartment are greatly exaggerated. Unorganised, had to change venue and argue to get a decent sized room. Room sizes are tiny, travel lodge or premier inn would have been better.

Bed was comfortable

On arrival at 7.20 pm they said that they needed to upgrade me due to a studio not being available and that this was an extra £10 per night. Like an idiot I paid on the understanding that the upgrade was for a 1bedroom apartment. When I entered the room it was a studio with no windows. Decent kitchen area but felt a bit like a prison. The corridor outside is a tiled Floor and the walls are tiled therefore its very noisy when anyone passes your room and when a door closes the acoustics are terrible! After I arrived the receptionist had rapidly departed so no one to complain to. Nobody in reception in the morning. I felt conned and would not stay here again.

The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to transportation and parking available nearby. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large, useful TV in the room. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the fridge was not only clean but also spacious, making it very useful during my stay.

late at night it was very noisy people talking and banging doors at 4 oclock in the morning

Upon arrival we were put in a different studio in a different area. A studio for 2 with an extra bed. No parking nearby. Had to pay 35 gbp a day for the parking. They didnt have the decency to contact us beforehand. We came out with 2 new reservations for 2 studios and ended up all in one. The second room was booked under a different name. They dont answer emails. They didnt contact the other place we were staying to explain. I would never ever book again with these people its a total disaster in communication and how they treat customers. Katleen
